Second Review on Thai Thai Cuisine

A second review on Thai Thai Cuisine.

Round 2

OK so I revisited Thai Thai Cuisine in Binghamton and this time I ordered a couple of different things and of course nothing was spicy even when given the choice I rejected because I promise you Thai spiciness is very spicy.  And the verdict is that I would never suspect Thai food to be so sweet.

Each of the dish were sweet. I had one of the same dish before; the "Pad Thai sauteed rice noodles with egg bean curd ground peanuts and bean sprouts. Your choice of chicken and shrimp or vegetables" and I would have to say it taste like peanut butter. I don't really like peanut butter but I enjoyed it, it was sweet and had a slight peanut butter taste to it. To be honest with you maybe a little spiciness is OK you just have to figure out the level of spiciness that is right for you. For me I personally don't like such sweet foods, and I wished I had ordered it medium spicy becasue I think that would be the right fit. But because of my fear of their spiciness I am not sure what medium spicy would be since there is no low spicy, it starts from medium to spicy to very spicy. That's nerve recking to be honest. But I think when I go back I will try the medium spicy. There food is delicious of course like last time and everything was enjoyable.

I think for a restaurant, it's too small, I saw them having to tell customers to come back or that they are full and just turning them away and it's not like they can really extend their seating area. But I think they should move they can make a lot I do believe that a lot of people go there.

I also had the Eggplant, sauteed with Thai eggplant onion bellpepper and thai basil. your choice of chicken beef pork or vegetable. I choose beef, I have to say it was delicious. I don't usually like eggplant unless it's Parmesan style but this was great. It was sweet and was exquisite in taste. Yummy.

I still give this restaurant a 5 star!!!

Grande Pizzeria, Binghamton Restaurants

Grande Pizzeria Italian Restaurant
(607) 723-9011
1250 Upper Front St
Binghamton, NY 13901

This Binghamton restaurants has mixed reviews from me. I personally have to say that it's a miss and hit on certain things. Something are superior to others. But I would give them great reviews just on there sauce, they do have authentic sauce that makes most of there dishes which is great.

Pro's:  Pizza Buffet at reasonable price
Salad bar, if your going to get a salad, might as well pay the extra dollar for the salad bar
            Good customer service
            Great Food

Cons:  Price increase
Less quantity for the money now on entree's, not the pizza buffet.

Grande's has an extensive Italian menu. This is the only Pizza place that has a Pizza and Salad buffet in any of Binghamton. Which is pretty awesome since there pizza is GREAT. Grande's has great food and a wonderful staff, everyone is very friendly. Grande's Pizza probably has good pizza. Grande's is a very busy place especially on the weekends. Usually when you order something it takes from anywhere from 20-50 minutes which I guess is nice because then you know your food is fresh. The inside is so beautiful. It has the Greek columns that's nice and it's nice looking, great for a date.At this Binghamton restaurant I have had several dishes on many different occasions and here are my reviews on them.

Veal Parmesan Sub
I would have never in a million years have baby cow, but it was one of the meats my boyfriend LOVED and so I tried it. It's not funny in taste or anything it's tender and very delicious now it's become another meat that I eat. This use to be one of the best I've ever had, now I ordered it 5/5/12 to find out the price increased and they started shedding the meat so you get less, it was a disappointment really cause now it was not enough meat to cover the bread. Unfortunately, I personally didn't like that, I don't believe a restaurant should raise prices and cut the amount. If your raising prices keep everything the same, if your cutting the amount then don't raise prices. I use to pay $7.50 now it's up to $8.50. Typically I wouldn't mind the price range cause on average most Italian restaurants would charge that for a veal but they shredded it and gave so little that I felt like I was eating bread with a little flavoring from the sauce. I would say I wouldn't buy it from here again, I'd rather go to Tony or Mario's. They don't shred they give you the whole thing in the sandwich.

Lasagna
One of the best I have had since I've moved to Binghamton. I know it's there sauce! The portion size is just right with the bread and salad. No complaints here.

Chicken Parmesan Sub
Chicken is a thing of the past, I do like there Chicken Parmesan but it's not my favorite thing on the menu, maybe they just messed this one order up and made the chicken to dry, but there was plenty of cheese to compensate. I dunno how I felt about this. Since I LOVE cheese it to me it seemed good. But to someone else that might not have been acceptable.

Steak and Cheese Sub
This is one of the best Steak and cheese sub's I've had. I asked if they were using box steaks like steak-umm for this sandwich and they told me no real meat. I could tell you I've made steak-umm a lot and it's nothing like that. It was really good, it could have been real steak, I dunno. Anyways I would try it if I was you. It's worth it and it's probably the cheaper of most items. But it's not a real Italian dish.

Meatball Sub
The meatball subs are phenomenal, the meatball size are bigger than a golf ball, it's is pretty huge and fits all the way to the top of the sandwich so that every bite has meat in it. It is great. I loved this sandwich very much.

Cheese Pizza
Who hasn't had regular cheese pizza it was good, they do have authentic sauce that makes the pizza good, but plain pizza is plain pizza.

Meatball Pizza
Whole real meatballs, was a phenomenal pizza, we ate all the pizza in one sitting a party of 4 and wanted to buy another one that's how great this pizza was. But we had entree's already and decided to come back another day for it.

Before you head down and want to see what's on there MENU, remind you the price has changed, everything is probably about a dollar more.

Moe's
612 Vestal Parkway East
Vestal NY 13850
(607) 729-6100

Pro's: Monday Moe's
Free Birthday Burrito if you sign up; I mean absolutely free
Very big, I mean huge burritos
And chips & salsa are free with every meal!

Cons: I wish there was more tex-mexican foods they can make!

I have to say it's really good, Moe's welcomes you as you as you walk in and you can choose from burritos, quesadillas, taco's which are made from 20 + fresh ingredients of your choice.  They literally stuff your choice with everything you want, OH MY GOD, you will be amazed on how they are able to wrap some of those burrito's I promise you my burrito's are usually so big that it's a 2 serving size possibly 3. They really do but a lot of everything. It's great food, at an affordable price.  I can't complain. I love variety and I hope you do to.

Joey Bag of Donuts
I usually have the Joey Bag of Donuts because there is Guacamole and sourcream and I just love the mixture and within the sandwich you can choose between steak, chicken, and ground meat. I always get chicken which is full of flavor I add cheese and extra cheese, rice, black beans, green peppers, fried onions, corn, lettuce, jalapeno pieces, tomatoes. Everything mixed into 1 sandwich is so great and the calories certainly isn't high, so therefore you are eating a little healthier rather than if you stopped at Burger King or McDonalds, so why don't you do to Moe's and feel good about what you eat.
